Hello to everyone who is thinking of me. Thanks is just a word but it means so much to Lowell
and me that you are praying for me/us. I will be having surgery on Dec. 1, 2008 at 9:30 Mountain Time for a large mass in my lower abdomen. The doctor found it on my yearly physical. It is about 16 centimeters. We don't know how long it's been there. They think it is
a liposarcoma. The concern, of course, is for malignancy and how it is attached or if it is involving the bladder or intestinal system. So many people are praying for me and I am so thankful for your love and involvement in bringing me before the Lord. There is no greater peace than the peace of God wrought by your faithful prayers. I thank you from my heart and if you wish to know of the progress and results of God's work in this matter please read the updated blog as
you have time or inclination. Of course you know how to pray (as God leads you) and we thank you again. We continue to Praise Him as He is the one who created us and we belong to Him
We thank Him that in all things He is able to carry us. Blessings to all.
Lowell will update this, while I am hospitalized and unable to do so, as he has time.

Gloria,
the thing I like best about you is 'your trust in Jesus'. Many hurting people want to love and trust in Jesus but can't see past their tears. You're the exception! You bring everyone closer to Jesus because of your faith in Him. You realize that God uses all kinds of events to draw people closer to Him, and it's clear to all of us that no matter what, you're always ready and willing to pitch in and make that happen.

I was sorry to hear about the situation concerning your health Gloria.

Gloria, We will be praying for your complete recovery. Also for your Lowell as we know that this will effect you both. Mike will be having eye surgery on Monday the 1st as well, we would also like prayer for him. We love and miss you both. GOd Bless. Barb Grotheim

Hi Gloria, Am thinking about you and your prep for tomorrow! We had a great sermon tonight on passover and took communion. Pastor Russ said there is no mountain too big for God and thought of your mountain! That is an awesome thought about His sovereign power! A scripture that spoke to me this morning. Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. I love you and will see you tommorow!
